Dr. Coleman is committed to advancing educational excellence. Her expertise extends to teaching, coaching, equity education, school leadership, evaluation, research, and professional development. As a scholar educator and licensed Instructional Leader, Dr. Coleman prioritizes improving the quality of teaching and learning and maximizing student outcomes through effective instructional strategies. She has served K-12 public schools in diverse educational roles for over 25 years as an Elementary Teacher, High School Counselor, Adjunct Professor, Testing Coordinator, Academic Advisor, Middle School Principal and Director of Instruction. She holds degrees in Psychology, School Counseling, and Educational Psychology. In her current role as the Senior Director at iLEED, Dr. Coleman empowers educators and students through coaching, evaluation, professional development and strategic planning.

Rose Auferio (she/her/hers) is dedicated to transforming educational experiences for students and improving teaching practices through research-based strategies and strong relationships. She is a licensed Instructional Leader and hold degrees in Secondary Science Education with an emphasis in Biology and Educational Psychology: Research and Evaluation. Over the last 25 years, Rose has served K-12 schools as a Middle School Math and Science teacher, Assistant Principal, School Assessment Leader, and 504 Coordinator. In her current role as the Director of Performance Improvement at iLEED, her primary focus is on enhancing student support, continuous improvement and advocating for underrepresented students in gifted programs.

With her vast range of experiences, from serving military families to providing direct learning supports in K-12 classrooms, TJ takes a holistic approach to facilitating discussions and developing strategies to address educational inequities and learning gaps. TJ holds a degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. She currently works with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), while completing her licensure in Clinical Counseling.
